3. For Cottage Food Makers

As a cottage food maker using our Service, you:

• Must comply with all Florida cottage food laws and regulations
• Are responsible for the accuracy of your product listings
• Must maintain proper food safety standards
• Are responsible for all customer interactions and transactions
• Grant us a license to display your content on our platform

4. For Customers

As a customer using our Service, you:

• Understand that transactions occur directly with cottage food makers
• Are responsible for verifying product information before purchase
• Agree to treat makers with respect in all communications

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription fees are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your selected tier
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Our refund policy as stated in your subscription agreement

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass or abuse other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Sell products not permitted under Florida cottage food law

7. Limitation of Liability

Florida Cottage Foods is a marketplace platform only. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of products sold
• Disputes between makers and customers
• Food safety incidents or health issues
• Accuracy of maker listings or product descriptions

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Florida Cottage Foods harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
